Don't underestimate the power of this bull market!
    Futures flat.
Don't follow or make any trades based on any chart, guess, study, joke or prediction I make.
Seriously. Don't follow me. Just don't. I only guess at things.
Also.. I'm not the real Mr Miyagi; he's been dead since 2005.

SLV managed to get above the flat topped red Ichimoku cloud on the daily chart, right at the transition zone. While downside is possible, the lower border of the red cloud should be the absolute lowest price should go (if it even manages to break below the top border). So no imminent smash lower (at least for now), IMO.

GDXJ hanging out in its cloud. It really shouldn't drop below the lower border. Rather, it is set up for some sort of small pop at least. The next vulnerable spot looks like it may come in late July, since it looks like the current green cloud is tapering off.

It's the transition zones that are vulnerable spots. Flat surfaces are also very good support/resistance.

While it is possible for flat surfaced cloud faces to be smashed through, it is most definitely not something I would wager on ever.

Wow, I spoke too soon about silver. It is being reversed hard now and right now is going to fail to break above the cloud. Yeah, same old.

Get ready for a nice pounding.

                              Maund versus Rambus. We'll see.

Last year's mid-year low was on July 10, and those lows have been as late as July 24 in recent years. On the daily chart gold consolidated for a while around $1320 in early May, and now around $1300 since mid-May. There's no guarantee that we'll get a good mid-year low, or that if we do it will be a sharp thing like the last four weekly cycle lows. I think the long-term chart looks like it's getting ready for a strong uptrend, but then some very skillful people like Rambus and others are either bearish or non-committal. If I had to guess, I would expect a lower low and then a rally through the post-2015 high around $1375. There's still plenty of time for that low. It's a challenging situation at the moment.

                                Sold my SQ for now.

Looks to me like oil is bottoming, so I bought SEDG.
